🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in IAM or security engineering
• 5+ years leading teams and managers
• Experience leading enterprise IAM programs at scale, including identity-provider consolidation
• Hands-on expertise with Okta or Entra ID, Saviynt or SailPoint, CyberArk, and cloud identity
• Delivery of zero-trust capabilities, including phishing-resistant or passwordless MFA, conditional
• Experience building or operating identity detection and response, including automated containment
