📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between Zapier's India operations and global leadership
• Lead overall India operations, translating global strategy into local execution
• Serve as the senior-most site leader for all India-based employees
• Act as a statutory Board Director for Zapier India
• Ensure full statutory, tax, and financial compliance of the Indian legal entity
• Partner with Deloitte and internal finance on tax filings, audits, and transfer pricing

🎯 Requirements

• 15-20+ years of experience, including 5+ years in India site leadership, GM, COO, or
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage stakeholders in a global, matrix organization
• Strong knowledge of financial, legal entity, and statutory compliance, audit, tax, and transfer
• Strong people leadership and hiring instincts with experience in hiring, performance management
• Comfortable taking on statutory director responsibilities and signing off on board and compliance
• Ability to build positive working relationships and trust quickly with India-based teams and global
