Director Indirect Sales & Partnerships (x/f/m)

📋 Description

• develop and scale a high-performing indirect sales channel with selected top IT system houses
• transform the existing business model from direct sales to a true indirect sales channel with clear
• negotiate and close strategic partnerships with leading IT service providers - including commercial
• design scalable partner management frameworks, differentiated incentive structures and efficient
• lead, develop and inspire a team of around 5 FTEs and build trustful relationships at managing
• work closely with German leadership teams from Sales, Product, Marketing and Tech and as member of

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of proven senior leadership experience in building and scaling indirect sales channels
• in-depth expertise in working with IT system houses (ITSPs), including designing partner incentive
• proven experience in transforming sales organizations, change management, and building and leading
• pronounced hands-on mentality, enthusiasm for building relationships from scratch, entrepreneurial
• targeted use of AI tools to optimize sales processes, data-based control of partner performance and
• work data-driven, design scalable processes and iterate quickly based on results
