📋 Description

• Define and execute enterprise information security strategy and roadmap.
• Lead security engineering, operations, governance, and incident response.
• Establish executive security metrics and board-ready reporting.
• Build a highly automated, AI-enabled security organization.
• Lead security architecture across cloud, IAM, networks, and Kubernetes.
• Partner with engineering to embed security by design in SDLC.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Cybersecurity/Engineering; certs preferred
• 10+ years cybersecurity experience; 5+ years leading enterprise teams
• Strong executive communication for risk and business impact
• Lead enterprise security strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Deep security engineering, operations, governance, and IR
• AI security knowledge and governance
