📋 Description

• Own the multi-year security and IT strategy and roadmap.
• Lead a multidisciplinary security and technology operations team.
• Oversee product/app security, cloud security, AI security, and GRC.
• Partner with Engineering, Legal, People, Finance, and executives.
• Represent security within DSG and align tooling and processes.
• Drive secure SDLC and AI governance across the company.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of security leadership and people management.
• Track record building or scaling security programs.
• Strong cross-functional partner to balance security and business goals.
• Hands-on depth in product/app security, AWS cloud, AI security, IR, GRC.
• Experience with internal IT/technology operations for remote work.
• Fluency with NIST CSF 2.0 and NIST AI RMF; manage assessments.
