📋 Description

• Lead IT Operations across 5 sites (Canada, US, India) ensuring reliable infrastructure.
• Oversee IT infrastructure: networks, servers, cloud, workstations, telecom.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security; proactive maintenance.
• Manage IT Help Desk and secure identity management (SSO/MFA).
• Advise on Enterprise Applications (CRM, HRIS, ERP) and data integration.
• Drive cybersecurity governance, AI governance, and business continuity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, ITIL are assets.
• 10+ years IT ops with 3–5 years leading distributed teams.
• Hybrid environments: Azure/AWS and on-prem Linux/Windows.
• AD, Azure AD, M365; Google Workspace administration.
• SOC 2 Type 2, NIST CSF, ISO 27001/13485, PIPEDA/CCPA.
