📋 Description

• Unify Minitab's internal technology organization under a common service and operating model
• Strengthen day-to-day service delivery while building operating discipline, roadmaps, ownership
• Develop strategy with senior leaders, build strong teams, and understand where processes, systems
• Support Minitab's growth, global workforce, acquisitions, AI adoption, and enterprise-system (ERP)

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive information technology experience
• At least five years leading managers or multidisciplinary IT teams in a complex business environment
• Broad leadership experience spanning workplace technology, infrastructure, IT service management
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure, endpoint and network operations, identity and
• Demonstrated success stabilizing critical services, reducing key-person risk, consolidating
• Experience implementing security controls, managing remediation, supporting audits and privacy
