• Partner with Security, Engineering, People Ops, Finance to align tech with business.

• 10+ years IT leadership in high-growth tech organizations.
• Led IT as company grew from 200 to 500 employees.
• Deep hands-on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Teams.
• Implemented and integrated third-party SaaS platforms.
• Strong IT architecture, IAM, endpoint mgmt, cloud security.
• Built automation and self-service to cut support burden.
• Balance strategic planning with technical execution.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; ability to obtain security clearance.
