Director, Infrastructure & Information Security

📋 Description

• Own strategy and roadmap for infrastructure and information security (IAM, networks).
• Lead evolution from reactive to planful infra/security ops with roadmaps and SLAs.
• Develop security standards, governance, and risk practices (IAM, assets).
• Partner with plant engineering to define OT/IT interoperability standards.
• Identify and report on legal, regulatory, infrastructure, and cyber risk.
• Lead large infrastructure initiatives for growth and strategic priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing an infrastructure organization — design, implementation, and operations (network, storage, compute, cloud, on-prem).
• Experience building and implementing enterprise standards and procedures, then governing and reporting on them.
• Proven ability to lead a team from reactive execution to a planful, roadmap-driven model.
• Experience spanning multiple infrastructure and security domains (e.g., networking, identity, observability).
• Experience presenting to executives and senior management, influencing peers across functions.
• Experience overseeing CapEx and OpEx budgets.
