📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Canadian institutional fundraising strategy targeting pension
• Lead capital formation initiatives for private market funds and, where appropriate, special purpose
• Leverage existing industry relationships while proactively identifying, cultivating, and developing
• Manage the full fundraising lifecycle, from prospect identification and relationship development
• Build, maintain, and advance a qualified institutional investor pipeline, ensuring disciplined
• Develop long-term investor relationships by understanding portfolio objectives, asset allocation

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7–10 years of experience in institutional capital raising, investor relations, sales, or
• Demonstrated success raising capital from Canadian institutional investors, including pension
• An established network of relationships within the Canadian institutional investment community
• Proven ability to independently originate investor relationships, develop new business
• Experience managing institutional RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, investment presentations, due diligence
• Strong understanding of private market fund structures, secondary investments, capital commitments
