Director, Internal Analysis

📋 Description

• Lead analytics engineers and data scientists to build the data platform.
• Own the data platform: BigQuery warehouse, dbt models, medallion architecture.
• Partner with Product and GTM to identify the questions that matter.
• Drive insights that change decisions and business outcomes.
• Cross-functional partner to Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance.
• Develop and raise the technical bar for data modeling, tooling, and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of people management in a B2B SaaS setting.
• SQL, dbt, data warehousing (BigQuery/Snowflake), and medallion modeling.
• Experience with experimentation design and causal inference.
• Partner with Product and GTM; analytics that change operations.
• Player-coach, hands-on with SQL and data modeling; lead through others.
• Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor talent and build inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Thrives in ambiguity and prioritizes high-leverage work.
