📋 Description

• Develop and execute forward-thinking internal communications strategies that support organizational
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to provide strategic communications counsel
• Lead communications planning for sensitive or transformative organizational changes, including
• Serve as a strategic resource on belonging, anti-racism, equity, and inclusion, incorporating these
• Help maintain alignment between internal communications, brand identity, workplace culture, and
• Lead strategy and execution for firm-wide employee engagement and team-building initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field
• Exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, grammar, and verbal communication skills, with the
• Strong active listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with clarity
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing communications strategies for organizational
• Proven experience planning and managing organization-wide events, including conferences, retreats
• Experience partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams to build alignment, foster
