Director, Internal Communications

📋 Description

• Lead internal communications strategy across executive communications, employee communications, content, events, and engagement programs
• Define multi-channel content and editorial strategies to drive awareness and connection
• Lead storytelling to highlight people, culture, priorities, and impact
• Guide and develop a team of communicators and content creators; ensure consistent voice and quality
• Partner with senior leaders to align communications with business objectives and culture
• Lead executive communications initiatives, including visibility programs and All-Staff meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in corporate/internal communications
• 5+ years leading internal comms programs
• Proven exec and employee engagement leadership
• Strong storytelling and editorial skills
• Data-driven with analytics to guide strategy
• Cross-functional partnership with execs
