• Build a world-class Sales Engineering team across EMEA, APAC, and Japan.
• Drive revenue via strategic deal execution and resource alignment.
• Lead agentic AI strategy and international GTM initiatives.

• Engage CIO/CTO/IT leaders in enterprise technical engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 12+ years customer-facing SE experience.
• 8+ years people management experience.
• Proven track record leading international markets.
• Hands-on with agentic AI or conversational AI.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple work streams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills; C-suite to IT Ops experience.
