Director, Investor Relations

📋 Description

• Partner with Head of Investor Relations to shape IR priorities and direction
• Build relationships with senior investors as the primary contact
• Draft investor messaging on financials, strategy, and initiatives
• Represent Anthropic in investor meetings and field questions on business and product
• Advise leadership on investor sentiment and market expectations
• Develop view of shareholder base and lead outreach

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IR, equity research, investment banking, investing, or capital markets
• Experience synthesizing complex financial/strategic information into written work
• Demonstrated judgment handling confidential and market-sensitive information
• Excellent written communication for readers with limited time and deep questions
• Experience interacting with institutional investors, analysts, or executive teams
• Depth in tech/AI infra or owning a sector as lead analyst
