📋 Description

• Own IT Operations, Systems & Network Engineering end-to-end.
• Lead A/V and live production tech for all-hands and events.
• Build and scale a team of managers and senior engineers.
• Set and uphold global IT SLAs across offices and regions.
• Drive roadmaps for identity, SSO/SCIM, zero-trust, and HA.
• Partner with Security to meet SOC 2 and data protection standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT ops, 4+ years leading managers.
• I AM and endpoint mgmt (Okta, JAMF/MDM).
• Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 expertise.
• Enterprise networking experience.
• Security-focused with SOC 2, SSO/SCIM familiarity.
• Budget, vendor mgmt, and procurement experience.
