📋 Description

• Own IT Operations & Engineering strategy, incl. identity, endpoint, and network services
• Drive the IT roadmap and visibility into quality, risks, and investments
• Lead, hire, and grow a high-performing IT team with an engineering focus
• Set high-quality service levels and an exceptional employee experience
• Partner with CISO and Information Security to meet safety standards
• Identify and implement AI-native tools and automation to boost productivity

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years IT experience, incl. 7-8 years in senior leadership
• Hands-on IT infra: IAM, endpoint, cloud collaboration, enterprise networking
• Experience embedding AI tools and automation into IT operations
• Security-first judgment partnering with Security and Compliance teams
• Experience owning budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement
• Strong communication and stakeholder mgmt with non-technical teams
