📋 Description

• Own IT Operations and Systems & Network Engineering end-to-end.
• Oversee end-user support, identity, collaboration, and network infra.
• Own A/V and live production tech for all-hands/events.
• Lead managers and engineers; scale the IT function.
• Set SLAs for global IT across offices and regions.
• Drive roadmap for identity, SSO/SCIM, and zero-trust.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT ops/systems and networks; 4+ years leading teams.
• Identity mgmt (Okta); endpoint mgmt (JAMF/MDM); Google Workspace & Microsoft 365.
• Track record scaling IT ops in a high-growth, multi-office environment.
• Security-first: SOC 2, SSO/SCIM, data protection.
• Budgets, vendor relations, and procurement management.
• Strong comms with non-technical teams; Bonus: A/V/live events experience.
