🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field with 15+ years' experience.
• 15+ years in IT infrastructure mgmt (datacenter, BCP, incident, config).
• Experience leading and mentoring high-performing infra/engineering teams.
• Certifications in ITIL/CISSP/CISA/CISM, CCNP/CCSP, Azure/AWS/GCP desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with business/IT leaders.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
