Director, IT Operations

📋 Description

• Own core IT infra: servers/storage/virtualization/cloud (M365/Azure, Google Workspace).
• Identity/access: Entra ID/AD, MFA, CA; SSO/SCIM provisioning by IT Eng & Platforms.
• Endpoint management: Windows/macOS (MDM, imaging, patching, encryption).
• Networking across sites; collaborate on IT/OT boundary (without owning OT).
• Service desk, procurement, IT asset management; define SLAs for multi-site ops.
• Mature IT ops: incident, problem, change; monitoring, backup, runbooks, on-call; ITGC compliance.
• Vendor, licensing, budgeting; lean team; lead distributed site engineers across MA/CA/WV.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years leading IT operations/infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Operational maturity across identity, endpoints, network, and cloud (Microsoft 365 / Azure), with ITIL practices.
• Experience operating IT controls in a compliance-intensive environment, including audit evidence.
• A track record of lean, metrics-driven operations with high service levels; strong people leadership.
• Manufacturing hardware/critical-infrastructure experience; IT/OT boundary familiarity.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft identity/cloud (preferred).
