📋 Description

  • Lead a team of Lakebase Sales Specialists in Japan.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platform, database, or developer platform sales.
  • 3+ years directly managing enterprise sales or specialist teams.
  • Proven success executing specialized GTM motions or scaling product lines.
  • Strong technical baseline: APIs, microservices, real-time systems, distributed apps.
  • Proven track record selling to CIO/CTO, architecture, and platform engineering.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and presentation skills.
