📋 Description

  • Lead regional Lakebase Sales Specialists to grow Lakebase business.
  • Collaborate with AEs, Solution Architects, and regional sales leaders.
  • Advance modernization of legacy databases and AI in production.
  • Scale repeatable sales plays for land-and-expand adoption.
  • Partner with Product/Engineering to engage developers and platforms.
  • Engage CIOs/CTOs and cloud providers to accelerate adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, database, or dev platform sales.
  • 3+ years directly managing high-performing enterprise sales or specialist teams.
  • Proven GTM motions or scaling new product lines in matrix orgs.
  • Strong technical baseline: APIs, microservices, real-time systems.
  • Proven track record selling into CIOs/CTOs, architecture, and platform engineering.
  • Ability to co-sell and navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles.
