• Sourcing and securing residential land opportunities across North Carolina
• Helping shape the land acquisition strategy and maintaining a strong pipeline aligned with
• Combining market intelligence, financial underwriting, relationship building, negotiation, and deal
• Working closely with brokers, landowners, developers, municipalities, engineers, legal partners
• Influencing investment decisions, development opportunities, and future lot availability through
• Operating with significant autonomy in a remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Expert level proficiency in Google Sheets
• Expert level proficiency in financial modeling
• Working experience with SQL
• Working experience with business intelligence tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
