• Lead project management support for Global Commercialization and Global Commercial teams within an
• Drive the execution of global commercial and commercialization initiatives, managing milestones
• Coordinate inputs across Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Legal, Finance
• Facilitate planning, governance, and decision-making forums, ensuring clear actions, ownership, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals
• Significant experience leading complex, cross-functional projects, commercialization programs, or
• Experience supporting global commercial organizations, including launch readiness, lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience working across global and regional operating models and coordinating
• Strong project management capabilities, including strategic planning, dependency management, risk
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority, build alignment, and drive accountability
