Director, Law Enforcement & Critical Harms Operations

📋 Description

• Own the above-referenced verticals, including people management and coaching, and delivering on
• Lead the company’s response to safety incidents by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Seek to understand and empathetically respond to law enforcement concerns, while helping internally
• Partner with Legal, Public Policy, and other teams to implement new legal/regulatory requirements
• Partner with Engineering teams to scope, test, and launch enhanced internal compliance and
• Collaborate and build strong internal relationships across our Legal & Advocacy, Safety

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of leading exceptional safety operations in law enforcement, intelligence, government, or
• Deep familiarity with U.S. and non-U.S. law enforcement response frameworks, e.g., U.S. Stored
• Experience owning and successfully leading others in high-pressure, sensitive, and complex
• Proven track record managing high-volume operations queues, and building standard operating
• Subject-matter expertise in child safety laws, policies, and considerations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
