🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Learning & Development or related field; 2+ years in leadership/program ownership.
  • Proven track record scaling onboarding, leadership development, and sales enablement.
  • Strong instructional design for live, virtual, and self-paced modalities.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders; excellent facilitation and PM skills.
  • Preferred: health tech experience; familiarity with healthcare data.
  • Preferred: LMS experience; coaching credentials.
