📋 Description

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide learning and development strategy aligned with
• Lead the transformation and modernization of learning through digital platforms, asynchronous
• Oversee the learning technology ecosystem, including LMS platforms, content-authoring tools
• Establish learning governance, standards, KPIs, measurement frameworks, and effectiveness practices
• Design and oversee scalable enterprise onboarding programs, role-based learning journeys
• Lead leadership development, succession planning, talent acceleration, and workforce capability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Human
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development
• 5+ years of experience leading managers and large, geographically distributed teams.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise-wide learning strategies and leading
• Strong expertise in learning technology, LMS administration, learning analytics, digital learning
• Experience with enterprise LMS solutions such as Workday Learning, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range of $153,900–$211,647 per year, with actual compensation dependent on experience
