📋 Description

• Lead strategy and execution of the company’s most complex commercial deals.
• Negotiate enterprise SaaS, on-prem, data processing and AI agreements.
• Advise sales on deal strategy and risk to accelerate revenue.
• Mentor attorneys on the Americas commercial legal team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing and go-to-market.
• Develop templates, playbooks and policies for consistency and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• JD or US law degree with active bar in at least one US state.
• 10+ years of commercial tech transactions experience with Fortune 500s.
• Experience mentoring and developing attorneys.
• Strong judgment balancing legal risk and business objectives.
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders with practical legal guidance.
• Significant GDPR/CCPA data protection experience.
