📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day legal counsel across Zeta's banking stack.
• Advise product/engineering on regulatory implications of platform features.
• Draft/review/negotiatе bank, network, licensing, BNPL agreements.
• Structure co-branding, partnerships, and card program agreements.
• Draft/payments-related credit lines, BNPL, and lending paperwork.
• Broader legal support across corporate, commercial, employment, IP matters.

🎯 Requirements

• LLB or equivalent; eligible to practice in India; LLM a plus.
• 9–12 years post-qualification in banking/finance law at top firms.
• Experience with digital lending, cards, payments, fintech regulation.
• Strong drafting/negotiation across commercial, tech, financial services.
• Knowledge of RBI, NPCI, DPDP Act; IT Act; cross-border exposure.
• Proven team leadership and people management experience.
