📋 Description

• Lead and develop the global team: Manage team structure, capacity planning, hiring, onboarding
• Own the license assurance program: Establish governance, audit methodologies, risk-based customer
• Manage the end-to-end audit lifecycle: Oversee the process from intake and prioritization through
• Ensure licensing compliance: Establish consistent standards for assessing software usage against
• Optimize systems and workflows: Define business requirements for Salesforce and related systems
• Monitor performance and report results: Track capacity, audit throughput, aging, quality, pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification is
• Professional experience: At least 10 years of experience in software or technology, including
• Leadership experience: At least five years in a management role, with demonstrated success leading
• Software licensing expertise: Strong understanding of software licensing agreements, contractual
• Audit operations: Proven experience managing end-to-end audit processes and developing or
• Systems and technology: Strong experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM and workflow management
