🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in lifecycle marketing and CRM strategy.
  • Proven track record building high-volume lifecycle programs.
  • Worked with PMs, Brand, Data, and Eng; strong PM/communication.
  • Analytical mindset; insights from omni-channel programs; data infra.
  • Mobile-first; push, in-app, SMS, WhatsApp; channel strategy.
  • Hands-on with campaigns, canvases, segments, and automations.
  • Scrappy and self-directed; progress with ambiguity.
  • Must have Braze, CDP integrations, AI personalization and localization tooling.
