Director, Lifecycle Technology & Operations

📋 Description

• Lead the global operating model and technical foundation for Lifecycle Marketing to deliver
• Own global Lifecycle Operations and serve as primary Lifecycle business owner for Braze customer
• Define platform strategy, governance, configuration standards, roadmap priorities, and platform
• Partner with Martech, Product, Engineering, Data Engineering to define events, attributes, APIs
• Lead global operating model for Lifecycle teams across regions and markets including subscription
• Own end-to-end operational process from intake through audience development, campaign/journey

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across Lifecycle Marketing Operations, CRM Operations, Marketing
• 5+ years of experience leading teams, complex marketing operations, or technical marketing
• Demonstrated experience leading Lifecycle, CRM, Martech, or marketing operations across multiple
• Deep experience with Braze or comparable customer engagement and orchestration platform, including
• Experience serving as platform owner, senior business stakeholder, or highly technical operator for
• Strong technical fluency across customer data architecture, events, attributes, audiences, APIs
