📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for the Asia MACA Center of
• Build scalable organizational capabilities supporting our MACA teams in each Market.
• Lead the strategy and evolution of the MACA analytics platform and associated capabilities.
• Partner effectively with Enterprise IT, Digital, Product Development, and Global Analytics teams.

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or an advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) with
• Excellent project management skills with exposure to enterprise-scale capability-building or
• Significant experience leading Regional or Global cross-functional initiatives in complex, matrixed
• Experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare analytics, marketing and strategy, market access
• Proven ability to standardize business processes while balancing Regional consistency with local
