📋 Description

• Responsible for the JYSK store together with the Deputy Store Director
• Ensures the store is 100% ready for sales and customers in line with JYSK Leadership values
• Creates actions for key figures and identifies what is needed to motivate the team to reach set
• Monitors and implements the concept and routines in the store
• Recruits, trains new colleagues and develops team members
• Acts as an example in the store by being alongside colleagues in daily activities: customer

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in learning, motivating and developing a team
• Positive attitude and ability to inspire others, creating a pleasant work atmosphere
• Willing to take responsibility for excellent customer service and achieving extraordinary sales
• Ability to complete tasks, staying calm in stressful situations and coordinating the team to reach
• Always strives and puts in extra effort to improve results and recovers quickly after failure
