📋 Description

• Own Hedge Accounting managed services practice (FX and IR risk)
• Lead Hedge Accounting Managers and the Derivative Accountants
• Forecast capacity and staffing for growing client portfolio
• Set KPIs and monitor delivery health
• Build workflows, templates, and close checklists
• Advise on hedge accounting strategies and audits

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required; advanced degree a plus
• 12+ years accounting, 8–10 years in derivatives/hedge accounting (ASC 815, IFRS 9)
• 5+ years leading accounting/finance teams
• Operational leadership: staffing, capacity planning, KPI tracking
• Deep fluency in ASC 815 and IFRS 9; defend positions with auditors
• Strong knowledge of FX derivatives and interest-rate hedges
