Director, Management & Technology (DACH) - CPG/Retail

📋 Description

• Drive Business Outcomes & Account Growth: Take full ownership of ARR targets, renewal
• People Leadership & Coaching: Recruit, onboard, lead, and mentor a team of 6–7 Munich-based
• Executive Advisory & Player-Coach: Serve as a Celonis Executive Sponsor on critical DACH deals.
• Enterprise AI Champion: Position Celonis as the foundation for modern process intelligence and
• Ecosystem & Partner Strategy: Cultivate executive-level relationships across regional partner
• Thought Leadership: Standardize and scale best practices and CPG/Retail industry-specific

🎯 Requirements

• Native or business-fluent German and fluent English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Munich
• Leadership experience in pre-sales, management consulting, or value engineering teams
• Domain expertise in supply chain, procurement, fulfillment within CPG & Retail
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of 6–7 high-performing individual contributors
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning ACV, net retention, and renewal pipeline
