📋 Description

• Develop and execute market-development strategies that drive new business, revenue growth and
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leaders in nursing, human resources
• Identify healthcare organizations experiencing challenges related to labor costs, staffing
• Present Aya as a strategic workforce partner rather than a traditional staffing vendor
• Position and coordinate the appropriate Aya solutions
• Lead consultative discovery meetings, executive presentations, demonstrations, proposal development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, marketing, nursing or a related field
• Seven or more years of progressive experience in healthcare business development, strategic sales
• Demonstrated success selling complex solutions to hospitals, health systems or other healthcare
• Proven ability to establish relationships with senior executives and influence decisions across
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, labor economics, workforce strategy and the
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills
