📋 Description

• Own the Insurance market strategy and convert it into clear, prioritized recommendations for where
• Build shipped prototypes personally, using AI tooling to compress research, requirements and
• Report market progress and results to senior leaders and hold the team accountable to agreed
• Develop the medium- to long-term Insurance market strategy and cascade it into plans that Product
• Apply deep knowledge of how insurance buyers run procurement, selection and implementation to
• Track competitors and adjacent platforms and turn that insight into roadmap and partnership

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning market, industry or vertical strategy for software or services serving P&C
• Experience helping enterprise clients run procurement, selection or implementation of solutions
• A shipped prototype or complete product concept that you built yourself, with the ability to walk
• Current, hands-on use of prototyping tools, including which tools you use, how often, and which you
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across Product, Sales and Marketing without owning a
• Experience moving from consulting or a systems integrator into a product or operator role is a plus
