• Lead the execution of quality strategy across assigned lines of business, ensuring alignment with
• Oversee quality and performance measures covering access to care, clinical quality, beneficiary
• Monitor performance against contractual and regulatory standards, identify emerging risks and gaps
• Lead quality improvement initiatives, performance interventions, and monitoring activities across
• Partner with Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit, and other stakeholders to maintain regulatory
• Collaborate with Analytics to develop dashboards, reporting, and actionable insights that support

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in managed care, government-sponsored healthcare programs, or
• At least 3 years of experience leading Medicare, Medicaid, or other highly regulated government
• Demonstrated experience with healthcare regulatory compliance, audits, contractual performance
• Previous people-management or matrixed leadership experience.
