📋 Description

• Own and evolve the Marketing AI roadmap, prioritizing use cases according to business impact
• Manage the full journey from idea through pilot, production, and operational ownership, including
• Establish and oversee an agent and orchestration platform, including reusable components, data
• Lead AI governance for marketing by establishing agent audits, brand-risk assessments, exclusion

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience across marketing technology, growth engineering, applied AI, technical
• Demonstrated experience taking AI use cases from proof of concept through scaled production, with
• Strong understanding of marketing functions and workflows, with the ability to engage credibly with
• Strong technical fluency in agent orchestration, data integration, AI evaluation, and modern
• Familiarity with modern composable technology stacks, including customer data platforms, reverse
• Experience building or leading a center of excellence, platform team, or center-led function that

• Base salary of $231,000–$369,000 annually in California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New
• Base salary of $219,500–$350,600 annually in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, Nevada
