📋 Description

• Own the AI marketing review tool and drive the shift toward automated, AI review
• Define automation tiers: what AI approves outright, what AI reviews subject to human confirmation
• Continuously improve automated review quality by measuring the tool's output against human review
• Establish human-in-the-loop thresholds, sampling, and ongoing QA
• Own the auditability of AI-assisted decisions
• Partner with vendors and internal engineering and data teams on integration, evaluation, and roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant Compliance work experience in the insurance industry
• Significant hands-on marketing and advertising review experience
• Deep expertise in insurance regulatory marketing compliance
• Experience with advertising requirements, required disclosures, and filing obligations across states
• Demonstrated ownership of a high-volume marketing or advertising review function
• Hands-on experience putting AI or automation to work inside a compliance review workflow

🎁 Benefits

• US national base salary range: $200,000 - $352,000
