Director, Measurement

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a regional measurement leaders team across advertisers.
• Own measurement strategy, operations, goals, and learning plans for Europe.
• Build measurement fluency across the team, Sales, and cross-functional partners.
• Drive strategic conversations with Sales Leaders to address regional needs via scaled playbooks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to improve Pinterest measurement and ad products.
• Champion AI opportunities across measurement workflows, analytics, and sharing.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of analytics and measurement experience within tech, media, ad agency, advertiser, or research.
• 6+ years of technical/analytical leadership and people development.
• Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing Analytics, Statistics or equivalent.
• Deep experience with digital advertising and measurement ecosystem, including privacy laws.
• Deep experience with measurement concepts, solutions, and underlying statistical fundamentals.
• Proven ability to influence client/partner relationships in Brand & Performance verticals.
