📋 Description

• Lead paid media planning strategy and serve as a strategic thought partner to brand teams on how
• Oversee media agency strategy and execution, including media plans, channel strategies, learning
• Establish frameworks that promote innovation, analytical rigor, experimentation, and continuous
• Lead performance measurement, benchmarking, optimization reviews, and ongoing assessment of paid
• Partner with analytics teams to translate media mix modeling, attribution, incrementality testing
• Ensure reporting accuracy, data quality, KPI tracking, dashboard updates, and effective performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, media strategy, or a closely related
• Significant experience working with media agencies or leading media strategy and execution from the
• Deep expertise across both digital and traditional media channels, including local and national
• Demonstrated ability to develop media strategies, interpret performance data, generate actionable
• Strong understanding of media measurement, performance marketing, attribution, media mix modeling
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence
