Director, Medical Economics

📋 Description

• Act as financial and analytic partner to a Market VP to drive affordability targets.
• Lead regional trend management and cost-of-care reduction strategies.
• Triage analytics to centralized teams (network performance, forecasting, data science).
• Build and maintain market-level analytics, dashboards, and tooling.
• Mentor analysts in analytics, data visualization, and business writing.
• Present executive-ready analytics and materials to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or 4 years commensurate experience.
• 10+ years of quantitative analysis in healthcare.
• Experience with medical economics, corporate strategy, or analytics leadership.
• Experience with health insurance payer analytics and medical claims data (CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, DRGs).
• Bonus: strong business writing and ACA dynamics; SOA fellowship on track.
