• Identify, size, and root-cause medical cost anomalies (flares).
• Present executive-ready analytics and materials.
• Mentor analysts in business writing and data visualization.
• Act as analytic quarterback routing market requests to centralized teams.
• Develop scalable analytics and tooling for market needs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, or 4 years commensurate experience.
• 10+ years of quantitative healthcare analysis.
• Experience with medical economics or analytics-driven leadership.
• Experience with health insurance payer analytics; CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, DRGs.
• Strong business writing and storytelling for executive audiences.
• SOA fellowship or on track to become one.
