📋 Description

• Drives development and execution of market access payer, IDN, guidelines, and clinical pathway
• Collaborates cross-functionally to support scientific and market access needs of brand, market
• Represents Medical Payer Strategy (MPS) to translate scientific/HEOR data with cross-functional
• Communicates and integrates medical access evidence into gaps assessment processes on key
• Develops and executes medical affairs access/HCDM strategy across payer channels (payer

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Education PhD, PharmD, PA, NP highly preferred.
• Typically 8 years in pharma with managed care and pharmacoeconomic experience.
• Leadership experience in cross-functional environment; international experience a plus.
• Experience in Eye Care or Neuroscience preferred.
• Strong external/internal interaction to support global business strategy.
• Ability to advance RWE studies with minimal supervision; knowledge of statistics and regulatory
