📋 Description

• Lead the Medical Services Team: leadership to psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and medical staff.
• Oversee clinical excellence: develop evidence-based treatment plans for youth.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for behavioral health services.
• Collaborate for integrated care with therapists, diagnosticians, and families.
• Build external partnerships with outside providers and agencies.
• Drive quality improvement and lead performance management initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active PMHNP/APRN license in VA/PA/NJ/MD; able to obtain others.
• Master's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• 3+ years post-licensure in PMHNP; pediatric/adolescent mental health.
• 3+ years admin/leadership in behavioral health.
• Strong clinical skills and evidence-based pediatric psychiatry.
