📋 Description

• Lead clinical operations and medical service delivery for pediatric behavioral health.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and staff; foster development.
• Oversee evidence-based treatment approaches for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Monitor outcomes, drive quality improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with therapists, diagnosticians, families, and external providers for coordinated care.
• Scale processes and care models across new markets in alignment with strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Active PMHNP-BC certification.
• Active PMHNP/APRN license in VA, PA, NJ, or MD, with ability to obtain other licenses as needed.
• Minimum 3 years post-licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with
• Minimum 3 years of administrative or leadership experience in behavioral health.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychiatric treatments and pediatric mental health care.
