Director Membership and Operational Planning

📋 Description

• Own the Membership bottom-up plan across initiatives, markets, business levers, investments
• Translate long-term strategy and high-level targets into actionable annual and multi-year plans
• Lead Membership planning cycles, coordinating inputs and priorities across Finance, Growth
• Build scenarios to understand the impact of different investments, timing, market conditions
• Partner closely with Finance on assumptions, investment planning, budget tracking, and
• Maintain the portfolio of Membership initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, milestones, success

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in growth planning, strategy and operations, commercial planning, business operations
• Track record of translating business strategy and growth targets into detailed operating plans
• Strong background in business planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, investment decisions, KPI
• Background in a consumer-facing business, ideally subscription, streaming, digital media
• Strong commercial and financial judgment, with the ability to connect business performance to
• Able to work effectively across Finance, Marketing/Growth, Product, Engineering, Data/Analytics
