Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Engineering, Business, OR related field
12+ years in aerospace/defense/aviation ops or ER allocation
Experience making high-impact operational decisions with financial impact
Deep knowledge of aircraft operations and mission planning
Ability to balance enterprise priorities in high-tempo envs
Experience interfacing with senior leadership and program managers
